Got a broken part, a custom bracket, or a prototype you need testing? Upload your file and get a quote back same day.
3D Guru is a specialist 3D printing service based in England. We focus on functional, engineering-grade parts — replacement components, custom brackets, prototypes and tooling that actually has to work in the real world.
We print exclusively in PETG on our Bambu Lab printers, combining fast turnaround with consistent quality. Every part is checked before it leaves us. If it doesn't look right, we print it again.
Josh handles quotes and customer liaison directly, so when you get in touch you're speaking to someone who actually knows the job — no call centres, no ticket queues, no waiting around.
We're not here to print decorative plant pots. If you need something that actually does something, that's our speciality.
That clip that snapped. The bracket that's been discontinued. The bit you can't find on eBay. Send me the file — or just describe what's broken and I'll see what I can do.
Most popularIf it needs to hold something at an odd angle, bolt to something unusual, or just doesn't exist yet — I'll print you something that actually fits your situation.
Got a design you want to test before committing to production? Print it, see if it works, tweak it, print again. Fast turnaround makes iteration cheap.
Drill guides, spacers, clamps, assembly aids — the kind of thing that saves you hours in the workshop but would cost a fortune to machine.
Upload your file, get a price, confirm by email. That's genuinely it.
Drop your file into the quote tool on this page. It reads the geometry directly in your browser — nothing gets sent to a server.
You'll see an instant quote based on your actual file. Pick your quality level and whether you want it posted or you'd rather collect.
Confirm by email with your STL attached. We print it, check it looks right, pack it properly, and get it to you.
The quote tool reads your file's actual geometry. No waiting around — you'll have a number before you've finished your cup of tea.
We print in PETG because it handles heat, stress and moisture far better than PLA. If you're printing something that actually has to work, the material matters.
Bambu Lab printers are among the fastest FDM machines available. We don't rush quality — we just don't have to wait as long to achieve it.
Every part gets inspected before packing. If it doesn't look right, we print it again. We'd rather delay a job than post something we're not happy with.
Based in England — if you're nearby, collect for free. Otherwise we post standard or tracked depending on the size.
Josh handles enquiries directly. If your part doesn't fit or you have a question, drop us a message and we'll sort it — no ticket numbers, no holding music.
Drop your STL in below and find out in seconds. The price comes from your file's actual geometry — not a rough guess.

PETG. We chose it over PLA because it's noticeably tougher — handles heat up to around 80°C, doesn't get brittle with moisture, and holds up properly under stress. For functional parts it's the obvious choice. We're not interested in printing things that break.
Small parts can be done in a few hours; bigger or more detailed ones might need a day or two of print time. Once you order, we'll give you an honest estimate before we start — we won't just disappear and leave you guessing.
STL is what the quote tool reads, and it's what we need to print. It's the standard export from pretty much everything — Fusion 360, FreeCAD, Blender, TinkerCAD, SolidWorks. If you've got something else, drop us an email and we'll figure it out.
Sometimes, yes. If you can send photos and measurements of the original part we'll have a look and see if it's something we can model. We'll be upfront if it's too complex or if there'd be a design fee on top.
Yes, and it's free. Just select Collection in the quote tool. Once your order's placed we'll be in touch to arrange a time. We're based in England — email us if you want to check we're not too far before ordering.
For most standard prints, yes — it's based on your file's actual geometry so it's usually close. For anything with a lot of supports or unusual geometry we may need to adjust it slightly, but we'll always confirm the final price with you before we start.
Got something that needs printing? Not sure if it's possible? Just ask. You'll get a real response from someone who knows the job.
Send your file, a photo, or just describe what's broken. We'll come back with a quote and timeframe — usually same day.

These terms and conditions govern all orders placed with 3D Guru ("we", "us", "our") through our website or by email. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
3D Guru is a trading name operating from England. Queries can be directed to Josh@3DGuru.co.uk.
All items produced by 3D Guru are made to order, printed specifically to your supplied file and chosen specifications. As a result, the following applies:
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalised. Because every print is manufactured to order, you do not have a right to cancel once production has begun, and we do not accept returns on the basis of change of mind.
Your order is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us (typically by email). Once confirmed, production may begin immediately. If you wish to cancel before we have started printing, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate requests made before production begins, but cannot guarantee this.
We print exactly what your file tells us to. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any 3D model file (STL or otherwise) you supply is correct and fit for purpose. This includes:
If a print is produced in accordance with your supplied file and the result does not fit, function or perform as expected because of an error, omission or design flaw in your file, we will not provide a refund or reprint at our cost. This applies whether the file was designed by you, downloaded from a third party, or sourced elsewhere.
If you are unsure whether your file is correct, we strongly recommend ordering a single test print first. We are happy to advise on printability before you commit — just ask. Where we agree to reprint due to a file issue, this will be treated as a new order at the full applicable price.
We check every part before packing. If an item arrives with a defect that is clearly our fault — such as significant layer delamination, structural failure unrelated to the file design, or a print that materially differs from the agreed specification — we will put it right.
To make a quality claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Josh@3DGuru.co.uk with photographs and your order reference. Where the fault is ours, we will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for defects caused by mishandling, improper use, exposure beyond stated material limits (PETG is rated to approximately 80°C), or transit damage. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Online quotes are estimates based on file geometry and are not binding. We reserve the right to adjust the final price where the print requires significantly more support material, file repair, or print time than the estimate reflects. Any adjustment will be agreed with you before we proceed — we will not print without your confirmation.
Dispatch timescales are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by postal or courier services once an item has left us, though we will assist with any carrier claim where possible.
You warrant that you own or have a lawful licence to reproduce any design you submit. We accept no liability for any claim arising from the reproduction of a design supplied by you, and reserve the right to refuse any order we reasonably believe may infringe third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
